What we do
We rent everything you need to host an outdoor event without the stress: pole and frame tents from 10x10 pop-ups up to 40-foot High Peak Hex Frames, tables and chairs in seating packages sized to your guest count, bounce houses and inflatables for kids' events, and concession equipment like popcorn machines, cotton candy, snow cones, foam cannons, and modular dance floor sections.
Tent rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup. Tables, chairs, and other equipment are delivered for you to arrange on event day.
How we work
Most customers start with a date, a guest count, and a rough idea of the event. From there we help narrow down the right rentals — what size tent fits your yard, how many tables your guest count actually needs, whether a pole tent or a frame tent works better for your setup. The goal is to give you a written quote with no surprises and a setup you can count on.

Brandon runs Ashtabula Event Rental as a locally owned, locally operated business serving Northeast Ohio. He answers the phone, builds the quotes, oversees the delivery crews, and is on the ground for setups when the event calls for it.
